DJI’s latest offering the ‘The DJI Inspire 1’ has, for me concreted the firm’s position as the outright leader in civilian drone manufacture. Design, build quality, video and photography quality and Simplistic, safe operation is all impeccably combined into the design of this product. No… I do not work for DJI, this is a simple truth of what is an ‘awesome quadcopter’. Ok before I get carried away, it is not everyone that has $2800 to spend on a drone but if you did, this is the one. A 700 meter range, 300 meter altitude, a top speed of an amazing 50mph, a flying time of 18 minutes, flight stabilization that I have not witnessed in any other quadcopter and professional quality photography and video capabilities, I am in awe of this machine.
